It's been a very hot day, probably the hottest in the UK. It's peaked at 30 and above. I would be glad if there was a thunderstorm.

Cloudy day today, looks like it will run. It was sunny for the past couple of days and there's a balance here in the UK - for every sunny day, there is a rainy day.
